Character Creation Guidelines

New characters should be created with the following stats: 4d6, 7 times, drop the lowest

The following are allowed races for player characters:

Standard: Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Half-Elf, Halfling, Half-Orc, Human

Non-Standard: Aasimar, Duergar, Goblin, Hobgoblin, Kobold, Merfolk, Nixie, Tengu, Tiefling

The following are allowed classes for player characters:

Alchemist, Barbarian, Bard, Beguiler, Cavalier, Cleric, Druid, Duskblade, Dragon Shaman, Favored Soul, Fighter, Inquisitor, Knight, Monk, Oracle, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Scout, Spirit Shaman, Sorcerer, Summoner, Swashbucker, Warlock, Warmage, Witch, Wizard

Each character may take 2 character traits at 1st level.

Characters starting hit points are equal to their Constitution score.

All material from the following books is allowed:

  • Pathfinder Core Rulebook
  • Pathfinder Character Traits Web Enhancement (or see here )

Select material from the following books is allowed:

  • Pathfinder Advanced Player’s Guide
  • Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting
  • Pathfinder Companion: Adventurer’s Armory
  • Player’s Handbook 2
  • Complete Adventurer
  • Complete Arcane
  • Complete Champion
  • Complete Divine
  • Complete Scoundrel
  • Complete Warrior
  • Magic Item Compendium
  • Arms & Equipment Guide

Other materials may be used if approved by the Game Master.
